No, our retreats welcome all-levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Every class is guided with variations so you can move at your own pace.

We provide our residents with accommodation, creativity and inversions workshops, three daily meals, mats, props, and roundtrip from airport to Akaru.

What will a typical day look like on a yoga retreat?

Each day will flow a little differently, but you can expect a balance of movement, restoration, and personal time. We begin with a morning yoga practice to awaken the body and close the day with an evening flow to ground and restore. In between, you’ll experience creative workshops, inversions, philosophy, guided meditations, sound healing, and spacious time for yourself—whether that means resting, journaling, or exploring the beauty around you.

Yoga Retreats will be hosted throughout the year, for now we have planned two 1-week retreats and one very special weekend retreat where we will launch our residency.
